Aetheris Intelligence

Industries Served

Built for Decision Makers.

Six industries. Six sets of decisions. One platform that captures the data, measures the things that matter, and ships it to the people who need it.

Construction

Owners, general contractors, site superintendents, and developers running active builds — anyone who needs an objective record of what changed, what got moved, and what it'll take to finish.

The challenge

Stakeholders demand weekly updates from data that doesn't yet exist. Schedule-variance arguments live in field-team emails. Cut/fill estimates are guesswork until grade-checks happen. Pay applications go back and forth because no one has a measurable record of what was actually installed. Disputes eat margin; safety incidents land in inboxes after the fact; the next phase starts before the last one is documented.

Our approach

Recurring drone flights make Aetheris the data layer for every phase of the build. We deliver progress monitoring and schedule-variance reporting against the baseline, RTK-backed earthwork and volumetrics (cut/fill, stockpiles, pad/trench/bench measurements — dirtwork-only jobs included), survey-grade terrain models (DSM/DTM, bare-earth contours for grading and drainage), centimeter-grade aerial site maps and measurable site documentation, navigable 3D models and digital twins (textured mesh, point clouds, 3D-PDF), and Overwatch site intelligence — weather workability, safety alerts, and pour planning — layered onto every capture.

Outcomes

  • Baseline-vs-actual % complete by phase, multi-date change detection, branded variance report supporting pay applications
  • RTK-backed cut/fill, stockpile volumes, pad/trench/bench measurement
  • DSM/DTM + bare-earth contours for grading and drainage decisions
  • Centimeter-grade aerial site maps, textured 3D mesh, and navigable 3D-PDF
  • Overwatch dashboard — work-window forecasting, weather-delay documentation, safety alerts

Roofing

Roofing contractors, public adjusters, and insurance carriers handling hail and storm claims.

The challenge

The roofing industry has relied on satellite-based measurement reports for years — imagery captured months ago from fixed-wing aircraft at 15,000 feet, processed through automated pipelines that measure what a roof used to look like, not what it looks like today. When a storm hits Tuesday, those reports still show last summer's imagery. Damage is invisible from altitude. Thermal deficiencies don't exist in visible-light satellite captures. And when measurements are off, claims get denied, bids get challenged, and rework eats your margin.

Our approach

Aetheris flies your specific roof on your timeline — not six months ago on someone else's schedule. Sub-centimeter resolution from 200 feet captures every shingle, every flashing, every impact at a level of detail that satellite and fixed-wing platforms physically cannot reproduce. Radiometric thermal (640×512) imaging reveals moisture intrusion and compromised underlayment beneath surfaces that look intact from altitude. Every measurement is photogrammetrically verified, Xactimate-compatible, and defensible at the adjuster's desk. This isn't an incremental upgrade from legacy measurement reports — it's a fundamentally different category of data.

Outcomes

  • Same-day deployment in SW Missouri — not weeks in a national queue
  • Sub-centimeter resolution from 200 ft, not 15-30 cm from altitude
  • Radiometric thermal (640×512) for moisture intrusion and hidden deficiencies
  • Photogrammetrically verified, Xactimate-compatible, defensible at the adjuster's desk

Why Aetheris vs Legacy Aerial Platforms

A fundamentally different category of data.

Satellite and fixed-wing measurement platforms have served the roofing industry well enough for a decade. They were never designed to resolve present-state damage from low altitude with thermal context — and on a same-day deployment cadence. That capability gap isn't incremental.

A local intelligence partner, not a national report mill. The difference shows up in the data — and in how fast you can act on it.

Utilities

Power, gas, water, and telecom operators managing right-of-way corridors, aerial assets, and GIS records.

The challenge

Manual corridor walks miss vegetation encroachment until it's a fault. Climbing crews are expensive and put people at height for routine documentation. Thermal anomalies on poles, transformers, and connectors go undetected until equipment fails — and GIS records fall out of date between costly field visits.

Our approach

Corridor and asset flights with paired RGB + thermal capture — feeding your GIS with current, geotagged condition data instead of stale records. Per-pole and per-tower thermal reports flag failing hardware before it faults. Climb-free tower inspection captures 50–150 geotagged photos and a 3D model per structure with deficiency reports aligned to TIA-222 — replacing $800–$1,500 climber inspections. Rapid post-storm deployment documents outages and damage across the service territory in hours, not days. Every inspection replaces a climb or a bucket truck, cutting cost and keeping crews on the ground.

Outcomes

  • Thermal anomaly detection per asset
  • Vegetation encroachment mapping
  • Current GIS-ready asset documentation
  • Climb-free tower inspection (TIA-222)
  • Rapid storm-response damage mapping
  • Fewer climbs — lower cost, higher safety

Industrial

Facility managers, plant operators, and environmental compliance teams.

The challenge

Roof leaks are discovered after damage. Process heat anomalies are caught by maintenance after failure. Site condition reports exist as photo dumps without measurements or scoring.

Our approach

Periodic facility flights with thermal anomaly mapping across roofs, equipment, and pipe runs. Aetheris Property Condition Index (A-PCI) score quantifies condition over time. Recurring inspection programs catch issues before they become incidents.

Outcomes

  • Thermal anomaly maps for predictive maintenance
  • A-PCI scoring for portfolio condition tracking
  • Risk Matrix triage on flagged findings
  • Monthly + quarterly recurring options

Quarry / Mining

Aggregate producers, mining operators, and inventory accountants.

The challenge

Stockpile volumes change daily. Monthly inventory reconciliations rely on stick measurements and rough math. MSHA documentation is manual, inconsistent, and a fire-drill at audit time.

Our approach

Monthly drone flights with sub-cm photogrammetry produce volumetric reports for every stockpile, automatically. Multi-date comparison shows month-over-month draw. Reports are formatted to satisfy MSHA reporting expectations.

Outcomes

  • Stockpile volumetrics measured monthly
  • Multi-date draw analysis and trend reporting
  • MSHA-ready PDF documentation
  • Monthly monitoring programs with priority scheduling

Survey Support

Licensed surveying firms scaling capacity without adding crews.

The challenge

Topographic and as-built surveys consume two-person crews for days. Tight deadlines force overtime. Hiring a licensed surveyor for crew expansion is a 12-month proposition.

Our approach

RTK-corrected aerial data products — orthomosaics, DSMs, point clouds, contours — delivered with a GCP-verified accuracy report. The licensed surveyor retains responsibility for certification; we deliver the data products that feed into their workflow.

Outcomes

  • RTK orthomosaics + DSM + contours per site
  • ±2 cm horizontal / ±3 cm vertical accuracy targets
  • GCP-verified accuracy report with every deliverable
  • Multi-site programs at discounted rates

Real Estate & Marketing

Realtors, developers, and property marketers who need scroll-stopping visuals on a listing-cycle timeline.

The challenge

Listings and developments live or die by the first three seconds of attention. Static ground photos and the occasional aerial wide shot don't move buyers. New construction needs a marketing reel that keeps pace with the build. Brokerages need a recurring content engine, not a one-off shoot.

Our approach

Aetheris captures every property as cinematic media — aerial photo and video (hero stills, orbital and reveal sequences, twilight options), Interactive 3D Property Tours of the exterior and grounds, an aerial site map with approximate property lines and parcel measurements, and social-ready edits — all marketing-grade, captured by drone on the same Matrice 4T platform that powers our survey-support work. Marketing visualization — property lines are approximate, not a survey or legal area certification.

Outcomes

  • Aerial photo & video — hero stills, orbital reveal sequences, twilight options
  • Interactive 3D Property Tours — embeddable, navigable in-browser
  • Aerial site map with approximate property lines + parcel measurements (up to 25 acres included)
  • Acreage beyond 25 ac at +$2/acre — marketing-grade, not a boundary survey
  • Social-ready edits sized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Beyond the core

More ways we put a flight to work.
