Asked and answered.
How is it priced?
Three packages, each scoped and quoted per course: Par for the Course (a one-off survey and record), Birdie (annual recapture) and Eagle (seasonal recapture). Cortex and the other tools build on whichever survey cadence you choose.
How does Fairway Alliance sponsor funding work?
Local businesses sponsor holes in your greens book and on your online tour. Every QR scan and click is tracked and reported per sponsor, per hole — and the sponsorships help fund the technology, so it doesn't have to come from your capital budget.
What's the return?
It depends on your course, so we won't quote a generic number. Where it pays: targeting inputs and labor with measured data, defending tree and renovation spending with evidence, and new revenue from the book, sponsorships and bookings.
What reporting will my board see?
Cortex produces a monthly board report — the money-driver KPIs, targets and trends, with labor and turf-input costs — as a print-ready board pack.
